Star Wars Days 2023

May 4th is here! And that means one thing: World Star Wars Day. We're fans of the Skywalker saga and we're proud of it! That’s why we’ve decided to celebrate the anniversary of the premiere of the best film franchise in the history of cinema!

Hello young Padawan. You have come to the planet Coruscant to study at the Jedi Temple. You want to become a Jedi master to tame the databases and defeat the Sith in a data battle.

A Long Time Ago in a Galaxy Far, Far Away....

It all started in 1977, when the first, or, more precisely, the fourth part of Star Wars was released in theaters. For the Rebellion, it was a New Hope to fight the Empire. Fun fact: the Star Wars series is almost as old as SQL.

Later, fans had a chance to watch many more of the adventures of their favorite heroes. TV series and spin-offs were added to the main nine-part saga, and Star Wars became a global pop culture phenomenon. Maybe apart from the Holiday Special…

Millions of people around the world began to dream of interstellar adventures.

Attention fans! Even more fun is heading our way, because May 4th is also the premiere date of the new series taking place in the world of Star Wars! It’s an absolute must-see for geeks like us.

Star Wars: Visions - Volume 2 is another dose of brilliant stories set in the Star Wars universe. This consists of 9 different animations, created by the best studios in the world. The first series was great, but this one is going to be even better. After all, animation allows creators to do much more - they can let their imagination run wild and not be limited by the classic formula of a film, or TV series.

This is not all! Also today, comes the premiere of a series addressed mainly to the youngest fans, although older ones can also appreciate it. Available on Disney+, “Young Jedi Adventures” takes place 200 years before “The Phantom Menace,” during the High Republic era. We can follow young padawans as they study the ways of the Force, explore the galaxy, help those in need, and learn the valuable skills needed to become a Jedi along the way.
